Students headed north to Whistler today, starting with a refreshing visit to the majestic Shannon Falls. They then enjoyed a scenic picnic by Lost Lake and a walking tour around the vibrant Olympic village.

It was a little cold this morning when we took the bus to Whistler.  We stopped by a stunning waterfall on the way. It reminded me of the line from a Chinese poem: water rushes down like stars falling from the sky. The sight was amazing. Then we arrived at Whistler and saw the huge Olympic rings. The weather was bright all day. I had a perfect afternoon and bought an ice cream. I really loved this great trip.
